Nestled in the northern Catskills on a mountain top, and lakefront to a 90 acre pristine heart-shaped lake, is our custom-built lakehome with 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms (3 ensuite masters), wrap-around expansive deck, hottub, boat dock, game room, wifi, premium internet and secluded location, set back from the road. Surrounded by mature hardwoods, nature, and the local crafts of the great state of New York. All will be yours to enjoy and to savor.

The lake has a mood all its own, and that feeling carries into the home. Early morning may be glimmerlass. The afternoon might bring lush brilliant sunlight. Then the evening might be unsettled but create a breathtaking setting for a clear starry night with the Milkyway above. Roasting marshmallows by the fire beside the lake is a forever memory.
Let Yourself Relax
Life in the country is different. Explore a real cave, go horseback riding, fishing, swimming, watch maple syruping, visit a working farm for Sunday brunch. Hit a golf ball off of a mountain, go target shooting, ride zip lines, go antiquing, tour a brewery, visit the baseball hall of fame, or the soccer hall of fame. All are nearby and all are glad to welcome you.

We rent weekends in the fall, winter, and spring & we rent weekly around Saturdays in the summer. We have also had the privilege to host several weddings, parties and reunions.
